1) (Online) Voice Control is currently available for the following languages: English (UK and US), German, Danish, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Spanish and Czech.
2) The use of We Connect / We Connect Plus mobile online services is enabled by means of an integrated Internet connection. For the use of the “Wi-Fi hotspot”, data plans can be purchased from the external mobile communications partner “Cubic Telecom” by the primary user. The data in these plans can be used by all users and vehicle users in the network coverage area within many European countries. You can find information on prices and supported countries at https://vw.cubictelecom.com. Alternatively, you can use the “Wi-Fi hotspot” with a mobile device (e.g. smartphone), provided it has the ability to function as a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot. In this case, the corresponding function is only available subject to an existing or separate mobile phone contract between you and your mobile network operator and only within the coverage area of the respective mobile network. Additional fees (for example, roaming charges) may arise when exchanging data on the Internet, depending on your particular mobile phone rate and especially when using the service abroad.

The specified consumption and emissions values were obtained using the legally required measurement procedure. Since 1 September 2017, certain new vehicles have been type-approved according to the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP), a new, more realistic testing process for measuring fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. The WLTP will gradually replace the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) from 1 September 2018. Due to the more realistic testing conditions, the fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions values measured according to the WLTP are often higher than those measured under the NEDC. This may result in corresponding changes in vehicle taxation from 1 September 2018. Further information about the differences between the WLTP and NEDC is available at https://www.volkswagen.com.mt/en/owners-and-users/useful-information/wltp.html. It is still mandatory to include NEDC values as part of communications. For new vehicles that have been type-approved according to the WLTP, NEDC values are derived based on WLTP values. The additional provision of WLTP values is voluntary until their application becomes mandatory. In cases where the NEDC figures are specified as value ranges, these do not refer to a particular individual vehicle and do not constitute part of the sales offering. They are provided purely for comparison purposes between the various types of vehicle. Additional equipment and accessories (attachments, tyre format, etc.) could change relevant vehicle parameters, such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics. As well as weather and traffic conditions and personal driving style, these add-ons could also affect a vehicle’s fuel consumption, power consumption, CO₂ emissions and performance. Further information regarding official fuel consumption and the official, specific CO₂ emissions for new passenger vehicles can be found in the “Guidelines on fuel consumption, CO₂ emissions and electricity consumption of new cars” which is available free of charge from all points of sale and DAT Deutsche Automobil Treuhand GmbH, Hellmuth-Hirth-Str. 1, 73760 Ostfildern-Scharnhausen, Germany (www.dat.de/co2). Efficiency classes evaluate vehicles based on CO2 emissions, taking into account empty vehicle weight. Vehicles which are in line with the average are classed as D. Vehicles better than the current average are graded A+++, A++, A+, A, B or C. Vehicles below average are classed E, F or G. The details here are based on the EC type-approval for the selected model and its standard equipment in accordance with Directive 2007/46/EC. The optional equipment you selected during configuration may mean that your configured model corresponds to a different approved type on account of your selected equipment than it would otherwise without the selected optional equipment. This means the details for your configured model may vary. The CO2 values stated are the values determined in the context of the vehicle’s type approval.
